What we hand over when your project is finished, what we keep, and how to take your project to another developer.
What do I own at handover?
You own the code, design and content we made for your project. Ownership transfers to you at handover. Third-party services such as your domain, hosting and software licences stay under their providers' own terms.
What does GetQuickSites keep?
We keep the reusable tools and components we use across projects. You get a perpetual licence to use them as part of your site or app, for as long as you use it.
How does handover work?
Handover happens when the work is complete. From then, the system and its credentials are yours to run and keep secure, and later support or changes are quoted separately unless your project document includes ongoing support.
Can I move to another developer?
Yes. There is no minimum term and no exit fee, and what we handed over is yours to take to any developer. Nothing in our terms requires you to use us for later work.
